Lambeth Town Hall Wedding Photography: Lots of happy tears in the Circular Hall…

Lots of emotions at Lambeth Town Hall last week. Mums, dads, bride, groom... and eventually, me too, as usual. You'd think doing my job, I'd get used to it, but I don't. Maybe I one day I will. And perhaps the day I no longer feel anything, maybe is the day I go on and do something else... but for now, I am as soppy as this lot and I have no shame in it either! 😂 But yes, lots of tears from everyone involved.

We started the day with a little walk along Battersea Park where the couple got engaged and spent a lot of lockdown “let me out of here” time. Then a quick Uber in the direction of Brixton and Lambeth Town Hall. I was greeted by very organised, welcoming and kind members of staff. If you live in the area, I’d really recommend this as a venue for your ceremony: a huge amount of elegance and class whilst being super relaxed and unpretentious. What’s not to love? Plus the registrars clearly love their job: they delivered a heartfelt ceremony with great sincerity and humanity AND humour!

Oh and a touch of silliness with an exchange of Haribo rings… which the kids did well not to eat before they gave them out to their respective aunt and uncle …

So here are a few images from the day. Hope I come back sooner rather than later. Lambeth Town Hall is deffo on my “I wanna shoot there again!” list of venues.

If you’re getting married in Brixton and considering Lambeth Town Hall… I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. And if you fancy nice relaxed images like these ones, then give me a bell!
