Redhouse Barn Wedding Photography: Finding love at 60

A short and sweet blog entry from me this week… Just wanted to share this particular wedding with you. I found so many moments in it ever so very moving. Two people who found each other later in life and decide to go all out and tie the knot. And I am not going to lie, one of the things I really appreciated about this wedding was that the groom was equally involved in all the wedding prep. From start to finish. And I am seeing this more and more. Grooms enquiring, grooms organising, grooms booking… and yes this is a little political statement… but it’s just a nice evolution in the way things are… to notice a more equal share of responsibility in all that is wedding planning… So if you’re a groom and reading this…. excellent. 😂

Anyway… back to wedding photography…

Here is a little visual summary of a really lovely day, full of tenderness, laughter and energy. Full of “this is us” from the spouses and “we love you exactly as you are” from their guests…

And, after all, regardless of age, isn’t that what weddings are largely about?
