Wedding photography that celebrates energy, life and togetherness.

I love monochrome images. I do. In fact sometimes I toy with the idea of turning my business to a mono-only photographic business, almost as a unique offering. But then a wedding like this one turns up in my calendar and all my grand ideas disappear. Because mono for heavenly celebrations like these would be madness.

Not a lot needs to be said for this wedding… only that it was incredible fun photographing it. John and Nisha wanted 100% candid images so that they and their guests could focus on experiencing the day to the fullest. And this is the best way that I work. I like to be as discreet as possible whilst also being that person who has a chat with your different guests so I can make everyone feel more at ease being photographed. It’s a fine balance… having a laugh and a banter, but also very quickly becoming invisible so that your day is about your day and not about the photos…

Because, in my humble opinion, as surprising as this may sound, your wedding day is most definitely not about the photos. It’s about you, your relationship, your guests and celebrating your story.
